Now a days people are suffering health issues due to stress in their life and little tension turns into anxiety, tiredness, negative thoughts etc. to be happy in life feel happy from inside and do mediation belief in god existence no matter under how hard circumtances you are going through by doing this you will feel happy and get energy to fight from. No matter what possession you have in your life, bank balance, prestige, fame, knowledge etc. but these people will feel uneasy and sad over unnecessary things or issues .the more you will feel that I do not have good life or god has made my life miserable is wrong .
god has never done wrong to any because the people who have earn anything or everything in life by working hard and pushing their upmost limit is praiseworthy and always rewarded.on the other hand, those who have earn anything doing evil deeds or said it was my luck and suddenly the next moment he or she loose everything than they feel unhappy . happiness is inside everyone try to visualise, listen, speak, concerntrate to your conscious or so called soul.and belief in god existence. Do rajyoga and avoid negative thoughts and bad company. which is very good to be healthy from your mind and soul.
